Return & Refund Policy

At CHINTAMANI SPORTS, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility for Ready-to-Wear Products

Ready-to-wear products such as T-shirts, jackets, shorts, tracksuits, polo T-shirts, and other non-customized apparel may be returned or exchanged if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

2. Size Exchange

If the size of your ready-to-wear product is not suitable, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Please note:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong size was shipped by CHINTAMANI SPORTS.
  • Only one size exchange is permitted per order.

3. Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A product with a manufacturing defect

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.

Kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

After inspection and approval, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Exchange for the correct item
  • Refund to the original payment method (where applicable)

4. Custom-Made & Personalized Products

Custom-made products include, but are not limited to:

  • Sports jerseys with player names or numbers
  • Customized T-shirts
  • Team uniforms
  • Corporate uniforms
  • Society or event apparel
  • Festival group T-shirts
  • Products printed with custom logos, artwork, sponsor names, or personalized designs

As these products are manufactured specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the design has been approved and production has begun.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The delivered product materially differs from the approved design or order due to an error by CHINTAMANI SPORTS.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to improper use or care
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

6. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product sent by us
  • A damaged item received

CHINTAMANI SPORTS will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns related to size changes, customer preference, or other eligible non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellation

Ready-to-Wear Products

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Custom-Made Products

Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once the design has been approved or production has commenced.

9. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Photographs (if applicable)
