Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, fabric texture or print may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, printing processes and manufacturing tolerances.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or be purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree that all information provided during registration or checkout is accurate and complete.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable GST and other taxes, if any, will be charged as per Indian law.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
CHINTAMANI SPORTS reserves the right to:
- Refuse any order
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders
- Request additional verification before processing an order
You will receive an email or SMS confirming your order after successful placement.
6. Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products include products personalized with:
- Team names
- Player names
- Jersey numbers
- Logos
- Sponsor logos
- Custom artwork
- Special colours
- Custom sizing
- Any personalized printing
Customers are responsible for verifying all submitted information before confirming the order.
Once artwork or designs are approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.
Custom-made products are manufactured specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded except where the product is defective, damaged during transit, or differs materially from the approved order due to our error.
7. Ready-to-Wear Products
Ready-to-wear products may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Returns may be refused if products show signs of use, damage or alteration after delivery.
8. Payments
We accept payments through secure payment gateways, including Razorpay, along with other payment methods that may be made available on the website from time to time.
Available payment options may include:
- UPI
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- EMI (where supported)
- Cash on Delivery (for eligible orders and locations)
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers. CHINTAMANI SPORTS does not store your complete card or banking information.
Cash on Delivery may not be available for all products, locations, or high-value/custom orders.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only.
Production time for custom orders depends on:
- Quantity
- Design approval
- Printing requirements
- Stock availability
CHINTAMANI SPORTS is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
10. Cancellations
Ready-to-wear product orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled after design approval or once production has commenced.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the payment provider’s processing timelines.

In summary:
- Ready-to-wear products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or where the delivered product materially differs from the approved order due to our error.

- Logos
- Product images
- Graphics
- Designs
- Text
- Videos
- Trademarks
belongs to CHINTAMANI SPORTS or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
Customers submitting logos or artwork confirm that they own or have permission to use such material. Customers agree to indemnify CHINTAMANI SPORTS against claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
13. Limitation of Liability
All website content including:
- Logos
- Product images
- Graphics
- Designs
- Text
- Videos
- Trademarks
belongs to CHINTAMANI SPORTS or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

14. User Responsibilities
